When I lived in Seattle I became a bit of a Indian lunch buffet connoisseur. There’s basically two things that make a good Indian buffet. Food taste and freshness, and the existence of salad and desert. Everything was good at Raja Rani and it was reflected in the packed dining room. Only cost about $8 too.
